Some Exercises & Semi-Exercises That Are Worth To Try

Are you looking in the mirror and feeling not satisfied with your body? Well if you want to have a better body shape, you just have to work for it girls! Here are some exercises & semi-exercises which not only will help you get a better look, but also will make you feel toner and actually be healthier in overall!

1. Jumping Rope
It’s easy. It’s cheap. You only need a rope and voila! You good to go and do this exercise! This workout burns more calories per minute than any other workout. Get jumping for a perfect exercise in between your busy day and you know what the best part is you can do it with your kids.

2. Squat
Squating is a compound, full-body exercise that involved more than one muscle group to work. This powerful exercise helps tone your glutes, strengthen your body and burn a lot of calories. Next time you wait for something (your cooking, rebooting computer, etc) do some squats instead of sitting around lazily.

3. Push-up
Do push ups a few days a week to help sculpt the arms and effectively transform the body. Push ups are also good for your heart and cardiovascular health, as well as helping you to improve a good posture. Just make sure you do them correctly – learn to do push ups with your back straight to reduce back pain and avoid straining your back. Try some variation for your push up to avoid boredom.

4. Swimming
Swimming boasts numerous health benefits. It helps to reduce your blood pressure, strengthen your heart and improve your aerobic capacity. Plus, swimming is a wonderful way for your family to get moving and have plenty of fun together. Mix your swimming with some playful activity on the water when you take your kids with you.

5. Running
Deemed the cheapest sport in the world! There are many benefits of running. It helps to relieve stress, improve your heart health, reduce the risk of depression, burn mega calories and improve your overall health. Running can actually transform the body like nothing else. It builds strong, toned legs and also making them look thinner – which is awesome for us ladies!

6. Cycling
Cycling is a wonderful exercise since you can push yourself at a higher intensity. It strengthens your legs, arms and back, encourages your heart to work more efficiently and aids in weight loss. Cycling is also one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your everyday routine since it’s also working as a transportation. It gets you fit, saves you money, and gives you many good health benefits.

7. Pull-up
Pull-up is also a great way to transform your body, as they make the entire upper body and core to work building your muscles. You can vary them too – palms in, palms out, and palms facing each other if you have the right bar. It’s a great exercise for your core.

8. Planking
I know planking sounds simple and easy, but trust me, it’s not. Planking is a great exercise to flattened your tummy and strengthens your core at the same time. Try to listen to the music while you do your planking to enjoy it even more.

9. Dancing / Aerobic
It’s not really an exercise but it’s something that keeps your body moving. Besides, it’s fun and you can do it together with your family and friends. You’ll sweat as much as when you do some other exercises too!

10. Yoga / Pilates / Meditation
While you plan to tone your body with some exercises, please do remember that your mind need some exercises too! Use yoga, pilates, or meditation to clear your mind, reduce stress, and increase your overall inner health. Pilates can also improve your posture. Say some positive words / mantra and use some aroma-therapy to keep you relax.

After all these exercises you probably will and could do inside the gym, we want you to remember what you do outside the gym too, since it will also influence the result. Keep the healthy habits such as: drink lots of water, eat healthy food (remember the 80/20 rule), get enough sleep, and you can also add some vitamins / supplements in your diet if necessary.
